Privacy Notice

This notice covers the website getatlas.site: visiting it, booking a call and applying as an affiliate. The Atlas app at app.getatlas.site has its own privacy policy.

1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Pages are delivered through Vercel's global network and the forms run in its Dublin region. When you open a page, Vercel's servers process your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and your browser's technical details so the page can be delivered and protected against abuse. Logs are kept for up to 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.

Fonts, scripts and icons are served from this website itself, so opening a page sends no data to Google Fonts or other content networks.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and the website stores nothing in your browser. If you arrive through an affiliate's link, its name stays in the page address (?ref=) while you move between our pages, so a call you book can be credited to them. It is never stored on your device. We record that a booking came through their link so we can pay them; we do not share your answers with them.

3. Booking a call

To book a call you answer a few questions: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, what you sell or how many clients you manage, how often you post, who edits your content, what your business makes a month and whether you can invest in content now. We use this to prepare the call and to check it is a fit before it happens. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps you ask for before a possible contract.

If you tick the box, our team contacts you by SMS, WhatsApp and email about your call. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us or replying "stop", and it does not affect contact that already happened.

Your answers are stored in our database at Supabase, in the EU (Ireland). Name, email, phone number and the multiple-choice answers are needed to book; the Instagram handle is optional. Without them we cannot prepare the call.

The form decides automatically whether it shows the calendar: if you say your business is not making money yet, or that you cannot invest in content right now, it shows a short message instead and no call is booked. Your answers are still saved. This decision has no legal effect on you, and you can always write to us at the address below if you think it got it wrong.

The calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). It only loads after you send your answers, and it receives your name, email, a summary of your answers and the time you pick. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to the calendar. When a call is booked, our team gets a short notice in our own app with your name, the time and your revenue range.

4. Applying as an affiliate

When you apply, we save your name, email, phone number, handle or link, where your audience is, who follows you and how big your audience is, to review the application and send you your link and the terms. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Contact by SMS, WhatsApp and email rests on the consent you give in the form, as above.

5. Links to other services

Links to other websites, such as Instagram or the tools on our comparison pages, open those sites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

6. Who receives data

We do not sell your data. Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), and only our team can read the applications.

7. How long we keep it

Applications and call details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, the Atlas privacy policy applies from then on. Server logs: up to 30 days. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to prominewface@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. The one responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, or the authority in your own country.

9. Changes

We update this notice when something changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
